Can I get an update on my bike repair/service?
You’ll receive regular updates and information on the status of your bike service or repair. We’ll send you a text and email when your bike is ready to collect. Your collection date is an estimate, and can sometimes change, particularly if we need to order any parts. We’re working as fast as we can to fix your bike and we will let you know as soon as it’s ready.
