Can I upgrade or downgrade my CycleCare plan?

No, once your plan has started, customers cannot move between the different types of CycleCare plans available.

CycleCare plans are purchased upfront in a one-off payment, enabling you to access benefits over the term of the plan. Once your plan has ended, you can then choose to change the level of your plan when you renew.
