How do I redeem my CycleCare benefits?

You can redeem your benefits in store. Once at your chosen store, please provide your full contact details to store colleagues, who will check and confirm which CycleCare plan you have so you can redeem your benefits.

We will always try to complete CycleCare jobs straight away and this is often the case for more simple jobs like puncture repairs and brake/gear adjustments. If the store is particularly busy your bike may need to be booked in at a later date. This is more common with silver and gold service packages. ​

Premium CycleCare bike insurance discount is not redeemable in store. A discount link is emailed to you 30 days after your purchase of your Premium CycleCare plan.
