Why do I get constant punctures?

Punctures can be caused by a few different things - foreign bodies, sharp burrs on the inside of the wheel and riding style can all be responsible for these happening.

The inner tube may be pinched between the tyre and the rim or the end of a spoke needs flattening or taping. In some cases, the beading is worn on the inside of the tyre. Also, incorrect tyre pressure can increase the chance of getting a puncture.
