If you've purchased an item in-store, your VAT receipt is the till receipt you received at the time.
If you've placed your order online, invoices for home or work deliveries are automatically provided by email approximately 24 hours after the goods have been dispatched which would normally be the same day the item is being delivered. This receipt will have a full VAT breakdown and is sent as an Adobe Acrobat PDF file.
