What counts as proof of purchase?
To be able to return an item or order you'd need to provide proof of purchase. But what counts as proof of purchase?
Any of the following would be considered:
- Till receipt
- Confirmation email
- E-receipt
- Your order number
- Text confirmation with the order number included
Please note: that for Nextbase, Xiaomi, TomTom, Garmin and Pioneer products we will be required to capture and check the serial number, so only the till receipt or e-receipt will be accepted as proof of purchase.
