How will I know when my Klarna credit agreement has started?

Once Klarna receives confirmation from Halfords that your purchased goods have been dispatched/received, Klarna will start your credit agreement and send you a welcome letter, including your payment schedule, by email. This email will be sent to the address you provided when you applied for credit.

If you haven’t received an email within 10 days of receiving your goods, please check your ‘junk’ email box. If you still cannot find the documents, please contact Klarna’s Customer Service team on 0808 189 3333 so they can check they have the right contact details for you.
