How do the 12, 24, 36 and 48 months Klarna finance options work?

Once your Klarna account is set up, you will receive emailed monthly statements. You are responsible for making the agreed repayments on time and in full. You can choose to make a manual payment each month or set up automated direct debit payments via your online Klarna account or the Klarna app.

Visit the Klarna website and log in to access your Klarna account, or if you have any questions regarding your account, contact Klarna customer support team on 0808 189 3333.

If you miss a payment or don’t pay in full, Klarna will charge £12 for each missed payment.
