Can someone collect my click and collect order for me and what ID is needed?
When you collect your order will need to ensure you bring a copy of the order confirmation which is to be present at the time of collection unless the order was paid for by finance, in which case you must also bring photographic ID in the name of the person who has taken out the finance agreement. Someone is able to collect the order on your behalf but you need to ensure they have all the information required.
