What do I need to do to prepare for my mobile fitting appointment?
If you’ve booked a tyre fitting, we’ll need your locking wheel nut key (if your vehicle requires one) and the vehicle keys, just in case the alarm is set off when we jack up the vehicle. For any other fitting, we simply need access to the vehicle itself.
Please note: our technicians are unable to remove locking wheel nuts from Peugeots, Citroens, Jaguars from 2008 to the present, Landrovers (dependent on the type of nut), and Ford Fiestas from 2017 to the present.
If your vehicle requires a locking wheel nut key and yours is missing, please make sure that you contact our customer service team here before the day of your fitting. This will allow us to ensure our technician brings the correct equipment and has enough time scheduled to complete the work.
