In line with the EU Block Exemption regulations, to protect a vehicle’s warranty, you should ensure that the manufacturer’s service schedule is followed, and all parts are replaced or serviced in line with the timeline or mileage indicated in the service regime.

In many instances, our fixed-price service options will meet most manufacturer requirements. However, occasionally the manufacturer may have some specific items that aren’t included in a ‘standard’ service.

We will check and report on many of these items including the timing belt, fuel filters, pollen filters and spark plugs for you.

Each of our services is designed to meet or exceed the standards set by BMW.

However, in some instances, you may be required to have a service that meets the exact BMW service schedule to ensure your vehicle’s warranty remains protected.

If you aren’t sure what is required by the vehicle manufacturer or our ‘standard’ services do not meet the manufacturer’s service requirements, we can service the vehicle in line with the manufacturer’s service regime.

To prevent car servicing being restricted to manufacturer-specific dealerships, the EU Parliament introduced the EU Block Exemption Regulations.

This mean manufacturers have to make key information such as service schedules and other servicing information available to all garages. As a result, we can offer an equivalent service to those provided by dealerships, using parts that will protect your warranty.

We have several services that are designed to meet the needs of all cars, whatever their condition.

Every vehicle needs annual servicing to ensure any faults are found and the vehicle is in the best possible condition. That’s why we provide both a full and major service.

This is a comprehensive annual service for trouble-free motoring. It exceeds most manufacturer’s service schedules and includes 77 checks and adjustments including an engine oil and oil filter change, air filter change, and a top up of brake fluid, power steering fluid and coolant. High-quality parts are used, and we check and record wear and tear items using a colour code reporting system, to give you that added peace of mind.

This 24-month complete service covers all areas of essential maintenance. In addition to all the items included in our full service, the major service covers items that are regularly recommended by manufacturers for replacement every two years, including your cabin filter and hydraulic brake fluid.

If you want to ensure your vehicle is providing optimal levels of performance and don’t want to wait until your full or major service, why not book an interim service or oil and filter change?

This 6-month, 49-point service is designed for the high mileage car user, or where the manufacturer recommends more frequent checks between annual services. This service includes an oil and filter change, top up of essential fluids, as well as brake, steering and suspension checks.

Oil is a key component in your engine, lubricating moving parts and regulating the engine temperature. Changing the oil within your car is therefore essential for maintaining a reliable and healthy engine.

With our oil and filter change service, one of our trained technicians will drain the old oil and replace it with new oil to your manufacturer’s specification. They will also replace the oil filter at the same time.

To make life even easier, you can book an oil and filter change through our Mobile Expert service. One of our trained technicians will come to you at either your home or workplace and complete the service for you.

Keeping the anniversary of your MOT and service together makes it much less likely that you will forget to book one or the other.
