Can I test ride a bike before buying?

We are pleased to offer test rides on electric bikes. With our free electric bike trial, you can test out an electric bike for up to 6 hours, and we offer nationwide store coverage. Click here to book your test ride at your local store now, and here to read more about our trial T&Cs.
Please note: that our colleagues in store will require a fully refundable security deposit of £101 and 2 forms of ID, including one photo ID to allow you to take the bike out.
Non-electric bikes
Sadly, we are unable to let non-electric bikes out of a store for a ride, but the majority of our stores have static cycle trainers set up, which will allow you to sit on the bike and get a good feel for it. Our colleagues will help you to ensure the bike is the right size for you and that you're able to sit comfortably so that you can feel confident you're choosing the right bike to suit your needs.
